Full time Intencivist Doctor required with minimum 1 year commitment . Who can Manage critically ill patients in ICU, HDU, and emergency settings
Perform and supervise advanced life support and critical care procedures
Manage ventilators, hemodynamic monitoring, and organ support systems
Diagnose and treat sepsis, shock, ARDS, multi-organ failure, and other critical conditions
Respond to medical emergencies and code blue situations
Coordinate care with primary consultants, surgeons, and nursing teams
Interpret ABG, imaging, and laboratory investigations
Maintain detailed ICU documentation and daily progress notes
Ensure adherence to ICU protocols, infection control, and NABH standards
Counsel patient relatives regarding condition, prognosis, and treatment plans
